Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CSG Services (“CSG Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a CSG Production Group company, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information through csgsignservices.com (the “Site”). This Site is the website for CSG Services. CSG Production Group and other CSG division websites may maintain their own privacy policies that apply when you visit those sites or transact with those businesses.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form or communicate with us, we may collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, project location, the service you are interested in, project details, attachments you choose to provide, and other information included in your message.

Technical information

Our hosting environment may automatically create routine server logs containing information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring URL, and the date and time of a request. We use this information to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the Site.

Analytics information you choose to share

If analytics is enabled on the Site and you select “Accept analytics,” the Site may load Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a website measurement service provided by Google LLC. GA4 may collect information such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate general location, browser and device characteristics, pseudonymous identifiers, and interactions with the Site. We may use GA4 to measure traffic sources, page and device performance, service-page activity, and successful project-inquiry submissions.

We do not send the name, email address, phone number, company, project description, attachments, or other contact-form contents to Google Analytics. When analytics consent controls are active, selecting “Decline” prevents the Site from loading GA4.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and evaluate a requested CSG Services project or field-service need;
  • communicate about a requested project, capability, service, schedule, or next step;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Site;
  • understand which pages, devices, traffic sources, and service information are useful, when analytics consent has been granted;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable law and protect our rights.

We do not currently use the Site for email marketing, behavioral advertising, Meta Pixel, CRM profiling, or the sale of personal information. Google Signals, advertising personalization, and Google Ads integration are not enabled as part of this implementation.

3. Analytics Consent and Cookies

If GA4 is enabled, it will not load until you affirmatively accept analytics. The Site may remember your selection in browser storage so it can honor it on later visits. You can change or withdraw your choice when analytics consent controls are available. Withdrawing consent stops future Analytics loading on that browser; it does not erase information already processed before withdrawal.

See our Cookie Policy for additional information about the technologies used and how to manage your choices.

4. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • CSG Services personnel or other CSG personnel involved in evaluating or responding to your inquiry;
  • hosting, email, security, analytics, and technical service providers that support the Site, including Google when analytics is enabled and you accept analytics;
  • professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or insurers; and
  • government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, maintain business records, secure the Site, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Contact form submissions may be emailed to the designated CSG Services contact and are not intended to be stored as a separate submission database within WordPress. Email and hosting providers may retain messages, attachments, or logs under their own retention practices.

If GA4 is enabled, user- and event-level data will be subject to a retention setting of no more than 14 months. Google may retain aggregated reporting data or process information under its own applicable terms and policies.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Requests

When analytics consent controls are active, you may accept or decline analytics without losing access to the public Site. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it as appropriate.

9. Third-Party and CSG Websites

The Site may link to CSG Production Group, other CSG division websites, and third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
